Go out and get Brooklyn Brewery's Brooklyn Monster Ale, a barley wine. Don't chug it, as it's about 11% alcohol.
Supposedly barley wine can be aged; the brewery even has vintages. I'm tempted to buy a case or two and have it sit around.
